Where is Resource Suites?
We are located in west Waikiki. We are close to the major hotels and condos and near Ala Moana Shopping Center. We are 8 miles from the Airport.

How long have Resource Suites been in business?
In January we celebrated our 3rd anniversary. We own our own space and have long term plans.

How many companies do you work with?
We work with over 80 companies right now. In the future we plan to have a link on our website to the different companies and information about them for those that want it.

Do you have parking?
Yes, there is paid parking in the parking garage downstairs, it is $1.00 and hour. There are around 40 spaces. For our clients we have special parking arrangements.

If I book a meeting room and my client shows up earlier what will happen?
We have a schedule of all the meeting, if a person shows up early, we can either let them wait in the room your reserved or can have them wait in one of the two waiting areas.

What is a CRMA form and why is it so hard to fill out?
The CRMA is from the US Post Office. It is a legal form that allows us to accept your mail. Since your mail is a very serious matter there are safe guards built in to make sure somebody cannot easily change it.

How quick can I start a new plan?
Once we dotted the I's and crossed the T's, then you can start, it can be the same day even.

How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card, we will provide a form to sign or over the phone, and we also have a paypal account for paying online.

What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Afterhours access can be purchased for the month. We restrict access in order to keep a safe and professional office space.

What type of internet connection is it?
We have wireless internet in the entire space. You can also plug into our network. We have dedicated T-1 lines servicing our space.

What happens with my mail?
We sort and store your mail in a locked room. It is kept is file until you pick it up or separate arrangements are made. If you receive large envelopes or packages we will notify you via email. Also we keep a current list of client with their company info, so if your mail is addressed to you or your company you will get it. We are also required to forward your mail for two months once we stop acting as your agent.

I cannot book my meeting space online?
You can always call or email you and we will help setup the space.

What happens if I go over my scheduled time?
If the space is open then you can stay, we, will track your usage. If you go into somebody else's time then, we will relocate them if possible or ask you to move into another space. Also we have open work areas you can meet in if the other rooms are booked. It is not as private but still gives you a space to meet and discuss.

What are the future plans of Resource Suites?
Primary goal is to make the space and website more users friendly. We are thinking about a sharing calendar idea where you can see your client's availability and schedule a meeting that is best for all of you with one simple place. Also we look to improve the website to allow our clients to check the status of accounts and usage.
